The term 'diabetes' can be understood by a disease that takes place when the blood sugar of the blood glucose of a person gets too high. Blood glucose refers to one of the major foundations of energy in our body that appears from the food we eat. Insulin is the name of a main anabolic hormone that is generated by the pancreas. It permits our body to employ sugar (glucose) from carbohydrates in the food that we eat for energy or to store glucose for upcoming use.
